Salvis offers you professional deep-frying equipment for gastronomy and catering services. Our deep fryers from the Fryline series are ideal for the fast preparation of large quantities of food. All commercial kitchen appliances are easy to control, durable and meet high hygienic requirements. The Salvis Fryline deep fryer is available in several versions.

Thanks to the swivelling flat tubular heating element and electronic temperature sensor, a professional deep fryer can be quickly heated up to the desired temperature. With most models, you can set the heating temperature between 50° and 190° Celsius with an accuracy of +/- 1°C degree and thus have a free hand when preparing different dishes.

The control panel is user-friendly designed and is controlled via a membrane keyboard. Set the desired temperature, program the timer and the fat or oil usage time. In the base unit you will find a removable grease drip tray with double filter system and a smooth-running roller pull-out. In this way the fat change in your professional fryer is very easy. For easier cleaning, the Salvis fryers have a deep-drawn basin with large radii. Daily cleaning extends the life of the fat and keeps the product quality at the same level.
