The benefits at a glance:
- Installation as stand-alone appliances in a line, series, or as a block for modular system solutions.
- Appliances are effectively connected through a lowered U-shaped profile in 50, 100, and 150 mm lengths for easy and hygienic cleaning.
- Easy and safe operation in a toggle design with an easy-to clean membrane keyboard.
- Temperature, processing time, start time, and programs are separately adjustable via the membrane keyboard.
- Open substructures in standard hygienic design. Optionally available in rounded-edge hygienic design H2 according to DIN 18865-9.
- Cooking devices, cover plate, cladding and bearing supports are made entirely of AISI 304 (1.4301).
- All units with protection type IPX5, except Gas-Char Grill.
