The ProfiLine product line from Salvis presents large-scale cooking appliances for catering supplies. The professional induction cooker is your opportunity to prepare food not only precisely and vitamin-friendly but also energy-saving.

Depending on the model, we equip the induction stove with two or more cooking zones. The induction hob uses the effect of the high-frequency current and the alternating magnetic field to generate heat. In the process, the cookware is heated with high precision within seconds, so that no heat is lost. In addition, you can control the temperature precisely to the degree and therefore prepare even sensitive foods professionally. Please note that the induction cooker is only compatible with cookware that has a ferromagnetic layer in the base.

Optionally we offer the induction cooker for gastronomy Salvis ProfiLine with a built-in electric oven. The integrated oven scores with reliable heat insulation, double-walled hinged door and three practical shelves.
