NEW: Salvis FrylineEVO - efficiency redefined. The Salvis FrylineEVO takes deep-frying to the next level - equipped with the latest heating technology for maximum performance. The models are available in 200, 300 and 400 mm widths as freestanding or built-in units.

Thanks to the new heating system with a 20 % larger surface area, the Salvis FrylineEVO increases energy efficiency. The increased heat transfer and power ensure a higher output, while the programmable control with up to 20 programmes offers maximum flexibility. In addition, the energy-saving function automatically lowers the temperature to 110 °C after 30 minutes of inactivity to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

Fry more efficiently & safely
The new Salvis FrylineEVO deep fryer achieves even more efficient heat transfer thanks to the innovative heating system that swivels in the basin with an enlarged and refined surface and an electronic temperature sensor as standard. The automatic fat melting stage during the heating phase ensures optimum temperature control, which not only increases energy efficiency, but also ensures greater safety and a longer service life for the frying oil. The electronic monitoring of the tilting mechanism provides additional safety in the event of unintentional switch-on.

Longer oil utilisation
The deep-drawn basins with generous radii and swivelling heating elements make cleaning easier and meet the highest hygiene standards. The integrated double oil filter system extends the service life of the frying oil by up to 30% with regular maintenance. This reduces operating costs and increases your return on investment.

Optional equipment
The Salvis FrylineEVO deep fryer is optionally available with an automatic basket lifting device and an integrated oil pump system. 
The basket lifting device offers automatic and employee-independent quality assurance at the highest level and the automatic oil pump system facilitates the cleaning process and significantly increases work safety.
