The innovative connection system connects several appliances with an almost invisible hygienic joint. The modular principle of the Functionline includes a range of electric and gas appliances that are easy to operate and clean.

At the joint stand of Salvis AG and Beer Grill AG, the competences of both companies are presented in a holistic concept smart cooking – perfectly presented at the Internorga trade fair in Hamburg, the leading trade fair for the entire out-of-home market as an innovator and source of trends, visionary concepts and new products.

Highlights are the eco- and logical vacuuming system Salvis GreenVAC - vacuuming Gastronorm containers and reducing food waste, as well as the high-tech food serving showcase Beer Vulcano with the option to switch from hot to chilled, live steam and recirculation system.

Both solutions allow a high degree of flexibility in meal planning.
