Ready for the future with BIM data

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the digital construction project that promotes optimized and integrated planning of new buildings, conversions or additions to existing buildings.

Basically it can be said that visual communication between the planner, the suppliers and the trades can be simplified. Depending on the depth of information about the building components, different scenes can be simulated and difficult details can be identified.

For example, the planning program knows the positions for connections of the combi-steamer Salvis CucinaEVO or pressure steamer Salvis VitalityEVO as well as the water and electricity consumption. Changes can be incorporated immediately, so to speak.

An important step in the digitalization of the construction industry based on new regulations:

BIM data will be legally binding in the foreseeable future, at least for public tenders.

Salvis AG was already able to provide the first BIM data in 2019 with the introduction of the new pressure steamer Salvis VitalityEVO. After the positive market feedback, the Salamander Salvis Classic and all Salvis Combi-Steamer variations could be implemented as BIM data in early summer 2020.

Further product lines are now continuously added or created in case of revision. All available BIM data will be made available to specialist planners and architects on request.
