Almost 100,000 trade visitors gather information in 5 days. One of the highlights and this year's crowd-puller will certainly be the parallel IKA/Culinary Olympics.

Salvis is presenting solutions for today's challenges in the catering industry with its integrated smart cooking concept. In particular, the focus will be on saving time in production and optimizing work processes with the sustainable vacuum concept Salvis GreenVAC.

As a product innovation, the Salvis VitalityEVO pressure steamer is in the spotlight. The Salvis pressure steamer is available in 2 versions as Easy and Pro. The two new models feature a modern touch panel behind glass and a guided rinsing programme. In addition to manual functions, the Pro model includes over 90 cooking programmes, core temperature sensors, special programmes for gentle meat and fish preparation and a hose shower to simplify cleaning. The model Easy is equipped with a manual control which also contains 3 vitalization processes as well as 9 speed buttons for cooking functions.  The integrated water softener is unique on the Salvis pressure steamer and standard on both models. It solves the calcification problem and expensive technical applications.  

The combination PowerTower, consisting of the Salvis pressure steamer with 3xGN 1/1 drawers and Salvis combi steamer 611T with 6x GN1/1 drawers form the perfect duo for small kitchens with a large number of guests. Both controls are now identical and easy to operate via the touch panel. On a footprint of only 0.45m2 it is now possible to re-produce under high pressure for a short time and to cook gently for a long time.
