    Double-deck design

    Double-decker stations are powerful production assistants in the smallest of spaces. The separate operating units allow different climate zones for all production processes. Available for T and QT models.

    Condensation hood

    Condensation bonnet as a top-mounted unit for condensing out the vapours produced during cooking. The innovative solution for all front areas and wherever high investments in suitable ventilation systems would otherwise be required.

    • Low overall height, closes flush with the outer edge of the combi-steamer.
    • Low-noise fans ensure a highly odour-reduced room climate.

    Banqueting systems

    300, 600 or more plates perfectly prepared in the shortest possible time and served hot immediately. Pre-produce, chill and prepare in a la carte quality. Served on plates, platters or standard catering containers.

    • 3 selectable vitalisation processes for plates, GN containers or banquet systems.
    • Thermal bonnet keeps food on plates ready to serve for up to 20 minutes.

    Base frames

    Underframes support ergonomic and efficient workflows in the kitchen. They allow the appliances to be positioned wherever there are no work surfaces available.
