Sommerach near Würzburg, framed by the Main loop of Volkach, lies directly on the Main cycle path and is one of the most beautiful villages in Germany. In the middle of the village lies the typical Franconian inn, with charming hotel and family owned winery and has been run by the Strobel family for several generations.
Martina Strobel has the sceptre in the kitchen in her hands and cooks specialities of the region all year round. Asparagus from the nearby growing areas, the traditional "Göger" and in autumn, the classic ducks and goose from the oven served with red cabbage and Knödel. But also the juicy Schäufele with potato dumplings speaks for themselves.
The venerable building has been given a modern kitchen that meets all the seasonal influences of the menu. And those who inform themselves on time on the website - will also be officially invited into the kitchen - to the already legendary kitchen party with specialities on all sections of the kitchen.

On this and other occasions, the Salvis cuisine will prove itself. The Salvis VisionPRO stove is polished and some of Martina Strobel's specialities come from the Salvis Vario Cooker. Everything crispy comes from the Salvis Salamander Classic or the deep fryer Fryline, which is built-in into the Salvis stove. Wherever possible, all thermal elements are flush-mounted and the cover plate of the Salvis VisionPRO is made of one piece. In the room conditions, the superstructure and substructure of the stove were brought into the kitchen separately and mounted again.
It is self-explanatory that the new kitchen work-flows have become much simpler and more efficient with the re-design of the kitchen and offer further culinary possibilities.
