The historic house is far away from the hustle and bustle and is therefore very trendy. For more than 6 generations, hospitality in harmony with nature and the environment has been provided here. The Emmental is rich in excellent agricultural products. No wonder that the cuisine is dedicated to local products. Those who come here and linger feel the passion from "kitchen and cellar". Unforgettable for eyes and stomach are the typical “Kemmeriboden -Merängge!” The historic house from 1834 is state of the art in kitchen technology. The Salvis VisionPRO range has brilliantly mastered its start in the beginning of spring. The 4 large induction hobs and the traditional steel cooking hob are flush-mounted and are the top performers by the large number of guests. On the salamander stand, 2 FRANKE Salamanders have been working reliably for several years. In the substructure, the shelf and GN cabinets are standard in H2 hygienic design, which simplifies cleaning.
The Airstream from 1974 in the open park is the latest achievement of the Hotel Kemmeriboden-Bad. Compared to many other mobile food truck concepts, the kitchen has "spacious" space.  The mobile cooking units Salvis Smartline and the slim combi-steamer Salvis CucinaEVO with a width of only 55cm are ideally suited for this.  Flexible for every event and palate.
