Deep fryer, pasta cooker, Vario-cooker, ceramic hobs, induction hobs and warming drawers ensure smooth à la carte and banquet service. For large quantities the combi-steamer Salvis CucinaEVO 1011QT with double cooking chamber and the multifunctional pan and cooker Salvis Marmite are available.
Salvis Gastroline furniture adapts to the customer's requirements: The modules - refrigerated, neutral or heated - are available in different front widths, depths and heights. They can be ideally combined with appliances.
