In the heart of the small village of Tagsdorf in the Alsatian Sundgau, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, Benoit and Thiébaut welcome you every day and offer a cuisine of fresh products that presents itself depending on the market and the season.
The popular restaurant with about 60 restaurant- and 40 terrace seats and an adjoining banquet hall for up to 140 people offers the perfect setting for family celebrations and weddings as well as for those who enjoy a delicious cuisine. The kitchen planning focused on the conversion of the range with a larger work surface, cooling units and the enlargement of the food serving area.

The perfect solution was the flexible range Salvis Master as a wall mounted unit. The lower work surface accommodates the existing combi-steamer. The Salvis Vario-cooker is suitable for all specialities of the saucier such as short roast dishes and the preparation of ragouts or stews. The classic components in the surface of the range Salvis Master such as the deep fat fryer Salvis Fryline, induction and gas cooker show the wide range of thermal components from our own production.
