In the Hotel Krone with host Bruno Lustenberger a variety of culinary pleasures are served. Whether traditional cooking in the tavern, market-fresh and refined dishes in the grill room or local cheese specialities in the bowling alley restaurant. The kitchen is centrally located with a classic division of the kitchen brigade.  All dishes could be served simultaneously to all restaurant outlets. The view into the kitchen through the large front glazing demands additional attention from the kitchen brigade. It gives every guest a chance to have a sneak into the kitchen and a small talk to the chefs about the specialities of the day.
The brigade is supported by the large Salvis product range of thermal components. The focus is on the Salvis VisionPRO range, which was manufactured according to the needs of the kitchen team. Pasta cooker, induction vario-cooker or deep fryer are just a few of the components that have been installed in the range. Based on the idea of the headchef Christoph Heuberger Salvis developed a special extension of the range to serve banquets in the banquet hall much easier... "Along with the Salvis range VisionPRO and Salvis Combi-Steamer Cucina, the pressure steamer Salvis Vitality Pro is one of the most important production units," says Bruno Lustenberger. Short-term post-production and fast preparation at daily events are essential for us.
