The region around the Lavaux reflects the pleasurable diversity of the region as the sun-drenched vineyards offer the perfect setting for culinary highlights. The magnificent view of Lake Geneva also inspires the kitchen and service team from Restaurant Tout un monde in Grandeveaux. Why look for something at the end of the world when the good is so close. The completely renovated restaurant offers on the terrace and in the restaurant not only a unique view of Lake Geneva but also generous views of the kitchen drains through a wide glass front. Happy are those who are invited to the kitchen to look over the chef's shoulder. It almost goes without saying that products such as meat, fish, cheese and wine come only from Swiss producers, preferably from the Lavaux region.
The new open Salvis kitchen meets all the requirements of these special challenges.
At its heart is the Salvis VisionPRO range. The cover sheet made of one piece and the flush-fitted induction hobs allow the pots and pans to "glide" over the stove. With the Salamander Salvis Classic, the dishes to be refined are gratinated for a short time - fully automatic plate recognition is an important detail in energy optimisation. The multi-talented combi-steamer Salvis Cucina with its oversized cooking chamber is perfectly "integrated" for large productions and events.
