Visible from far away Kaiseregg is the highest point above Schwarzsee at 2185 metres. Schwarzsee is also the name of the popular region close by the city of Fribourg. The sulphurous water of the lake has been used for medicinal bathing for 200 years and thus offers further tourist possibilities.
Just underneath the summit is the new Bärghuus Riggisalp at 1490m above sea level. With 150 seats inside and a sun terrace for 120 people as well as an attractive children's playground, the inn welcomes its guests. The central point of the restoration is the new kitchen and the freeflow area. Almost all thermal units of the comprehensive Salvis assortment were used in kitchen planning and implementation. With the functional and reliable Salvis Smartline front cooking units, the output area was given the necessary flexibility for seasonal and popular classics. The range Salvis Master as a wall-mounted unit was seamlessly integrated into the work line with the built-in Salvis Fryline deep fryers. The combi-steamer Salvis CucinaEVO 1011QT Pro with GN 2/1 cooking chamber and self-cleaning system as standard is available for the big rush of mountain guests.
