The hotel in the cosy Alpenchic welcomes its guests with South Tyrolean charm. Particular attention is paid to the natural materials and warm colours - because a time-out begins with the first impression. South Tyrolean cuisine is also celebrated as a high class cusisine - at any time of day. The kitchen technology of Salvis AG was used for the conversion of the Pattisserie/Gardemanger as well as for the renewal of the kitchen pass and for optimising the kitchen.
The furniture of the Salvis Gastroline was chosen in H2 hygiene standard, the work surface for the Pattisserie was covered with black granite.
The pressure steamer Salvis Vitality Pro, which particularly supports the concept of light & fresh à la minute cuisine, has become indispensable. Short-term post-production is the standard here. The mobile multifunctional Vario- cooker Salvis Marmite, with its capacity of GN 2/1 and volume of 80l, is perfect for all stews and sauces as well as other cooking processes. The Salamander Salvis Classic on (almost) every station provides hot and crispy dishes - with their automatic plate detection they convert electrical energy into cooking temperature in seconds only when required. The Hold-o-mats facilitate the processes eminently and ensure with their temperature accuracy for quality increasing keeping warm with all gourmet creations.
