SALVIS

Railway Cottage
IR-Dungarvan

After extensive renovation and alteration work, the former Railway Cottage, built in 1875, is now reopening ...

... its doors to guests as a restaurant and café called Railway Cottage.

Railway Cottage is situated directly on the famous Waterford Greenway. The Waterford Greenway consists of 11 bridges, three viaducts and a 400 metre long tunnel and runs between the town of Waterford, Mount Congreve, Kilmeaden, Kilmacthomas and Dungarvan and runs along part of the Copper Coast. It is Ireland's longest cycle route at 46 km. The Waterford and Suir Valley Railways share the route along the banks of the River Suir.

"What particularly impressed us about the Salvis kitchen solution were the clear and effective procedures," say the new operators. We were able to put ourselves in the kitchen's shoes right from the start. The complete package from planning to the finished installation went like Swiss clockwork". The new kitchen concept consists of a Salvis Master range, combi-Steamer Salvis Cucina 1011QT, Salamander Salvis Classic and deep fryers Salvis Fryline.

The implementation of this project on site was carried out by John Walsh / Walsh Catering Equipment LTD. We wish the operators much success and hungry guests on all sides.
