The GILDE unites chefs who are simultaneously owners of catering establishments. Salvis has been involved for over 35 years as a loyal partner of the GILDE. The Cercle des Chefs de Cuisine Lucerne is an association of active and retired chefs and representatives of gastro-supplier companies from all over central Switzerland. The Cercle des Chefs de Cuisine Zürich is the association of chefs from the region of Zürich and all association linked to this region. The Amicale des cuisiniers du Valais romand (ACVR) is an association that combines the passion for the profession with the friendship of the members among each other. This value is the basis of our organisation, which brings together about 130 kitchen professionals.
