Traid fair for the catering and hotel industry

From 25 to 27 November, the Centre d'Exposition et des Réunions de Martigny will bring together producers from the region, equipment suppliers, service providers and professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry in Valais and French-speaking Switzerland.
A real commercial platform dedicated to meetings and conviviality. A unique place for exchanges and negotiations promoted by the second Joseph Favre Grand Prix, a project led by Franck Giovannini and the Swiss delegation of the Académie Culinaire de France, on Sunday 25 November 2018.
