The residence received a new Salvis VisonPRO stove fully equipped with the components from own production.
For the requirements of the work-flow of the kitchen, special solutions in the area of planning the range became necessary. The free-standing range Salvis VisionPRO was designed for one-sided operation. The components such as 4-zone induction, 1 zone grill and 1 zone griddle as well as the built-in deep fryer Salvis Fryline with electronic temperature sensor cover the needs of production. On the opposite side, 4 GN 1/1 Bain-Maries are available transversely installed, which support the temperature requirements according to HACCP when serving food.
